L'Oreal's Lineur Intense felt tip liquid eyeliner (in carbon black).
Quite a mouth-full.
Liquid liners are usually irritating to put on. For myself, I always end up erasing mistakes with q-tips and I still haven't dared to add any to a shadowed eye, because once you screw up, erasing that would just erase the eyeshadow.
This one is ridiculously easy to put on becuase of its unique felt tip, as shown below:
So far, this is the best liquid eyeliner to use either on its own or to do a mistake-free liner over eyeshadow. This is your new friend.
